| Directions |
| Drains: |
To
open clogged or slow drains, dissolve 5 tablespoons in 2 cups warm
water. Pour into drain and allow to work overnight. For regular
drain maintenance, use 2 tablespoons per week. For drains receiving
large amounts of organic matter (kitchen floors, laundry sinks and
drains), use 4 to 6 tablespoons two or three times per week. |

Traps: |
For
initial treatment, use 1 pound for each 20 cubic feet of trap capacity.
Repeat this initial treatment for three weeks, then use 1 pound
per 20 cubic feet weekly. |
| Septic
Systems: |
Use
1 pound for each 500 gallons of system capacity (or 1 pound per
5 people using the system) as an initial treatment. Flush into toilet.
Then use 1 pound per month for maintenance. To keep drainfield and
leach beds operating properly, dissolve 1 pound in warm water and
pour into distribution box. Repeat this treatment weekly until flow
is improved. |
| Drains: |
To
reduce odors, increase capacity and liquify solids, use 1/2 to 1
pound per 500 gallons of capacity. Make digestant additions weekly.
Do not use formaldehyde preservatives or disinfectants in treated
toilets. |
